Title  : Trip Emergency Terminal Board

Product Description:

  • IS200TREGH1B is a Trip Emergency Termination Board Manufactured By General Electric Under Mark VI Series.
  • The Gas Turbine Emergency Trip (TREG) terminal board, which is administered by the I/O pack or control board, powers three emergency trip solenoids.
  • Up to three trip solenoids can be connected to the TREG and TRPG terminal boards.
  • TREG provides the positive side of the dc power to the solenoids, while TRPG provides the negative side.
  • TREG is managed by the PPRO pack on SPRO or TPRO. The PPRO I/O packets are accepted by the D-type connectors on SPRO or TPRO. Cables with molded plugs link TREG and the terminal board.
  • In the Mark VIe control system, H1B is the primary version for 125 V dc applications.
  • General Electric’s IS200TREGH1B is a trip emergency termination board. The Gas Turbine Emergency Trip (TREG) terminal board, which is administered by the I/O pack or control board, powers three emergency trip solenoids.
  • Up to three trip solenoids can be connected to the TREG and TRPG terminal boards.
  • TREG provides the positive side of the dc power to the solenoids, while TRPG provides the negative side.
  • TREG’s 12 relays are controlled by the I/O pack or control board, nine of which form three groups of three to vote inputs controlling the three trip solenoids.
  • It also conducts overspeed protection and emergency stop functions.
  • TREG is managed by the PPRO pack on SPRO or TPRO. The PPRO I/O packets are accepted by the D-type connectors on SPRO or TPRO.
  • Cables with molded plugs link TREG and the terminal board.
  • The three trip solenoids, the economizing resistors, and the emergency stop are all linked directly to the first I/O terminal block.
  • Up to seven trip interlocks can be wired into the second terminal block.
  • TREG functioning is totally controlled by the I/O pack. To connect to the control modules, the J2 power cable and trip solenoids are utilized.
  • In simplex systems, a third cable connects J1 to the TSVO terminal board, which activates a servo valve clamp when the turbine trips.
  • The I/O controller on the TREG board and associated devices conducts diagnostics.
  • The diagnostics cover the solenoid voltage source, trip relay driver and contact feedback, economizer relay driver and contact feedback, K25A relay driver and coil, servo clamp relay driver and contact feedback, and economizer voltage.
  • If any of them do not match the required value, a fault is generated.
