• The DS3800HFPC FUNCTION PROCESSOR BOARD is a component manufactured and designed by General Electric for incorporation into the Mark IV Series, integral to GE Speedtronic Gas Turbine Control Systems.
• Additionally, the GE Function Processor Board DS3800HFPC has several capacitors and eight jumpers. Additionally, there is a 40-pin connector on the board that may be accessed from the front.
• A transistor to transistor logic (TTL) device is another part of the board. It acts as the logic that connects integrated circuits. The firmware and instructions that the board uses to process information are preloaded into the erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM) modules from the factory.
• The modules are inserted into an embedded socket on the board. A qualified servicer can remove and replace the modules. 
• If the board needs to be replaced, this is helpful. EPROM modules are not included with the replacement board. There is nothing in the module sockets. 
• This will make it possible for the servicer to put the identical code and firmware on the new board. The new board will function similarly to the faulty board in this manner. After replacing the board, the drive can soon start up again.
